Director of Sales
CrossTest provides testing software solutions for the embedded systems market. We are seeking a bright and dedicated Director of Sales with software development tools background to join our organization.
In this role, you will direct sales professionals in exceeding sales targets, but you will also personally seek out and close major business deals. As a hands-on Director, your track record in sales achievement will enable successful penetration of new markets and significantly increased business. Your vision and creativity will help propel our company's solution through a consultative sales/client collaboration approach into the marketplace, taking us to the next level. You will develop a sales team of the best and brightest, to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas. Leverage your ability to open doors through customer relationship building and partnering.
of proven solution sales with some high profile client accounts, including 2+ years direct experience managing a sales force and track record of building high achieving sales teams.
Must have strong technical skills and understanding.
Success in developing and delivering new business quarterly.
Demonstrated ability in marketing strategy, forecasting and assessing of revenue opportunities with senior level management.

Knowledge and experience within the embedded or software tools industry a plus
Masters or Bachelors degree.
